How much does a house extension cost in Bristol?
Most single-storey rear extensions in Bristol land between £2,000 and £2,800 per m² depending on glazing, groundworks and finish level. We give you an itemised written quote after a free site visit so you know the real number before committing.
Do I need planning permission for a loft conversion?
Many rooflight and rear dormer conversions fall under permitted development, but listed buildings, flats and conservation areas usually don't. We'll tell you which category your property falls into on the first visit and handle building control either way.
How long will my project take?
A typical loft conversion runs 6–8 weeks and a single-storey extension 10–14 weeks. You get a written programme up front and we tell you straight away if anything moves.
